My 1-1 coaching process focuses on the specific needs of the individual employee by reinforcing strengths, providing awareness and honing skills for desired outcomes. Prior to coaching, I worked in corporate sales for over 35 years, with the majority of my tenure as a Strategic Account Manager for a Global medical device company. The relationship emphasis of sales and the ability to drive my own success or failure has always appealed to me. I’ve been fortunate to experience people from all parts of the world with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. What I’ve enjoyed most, is working within complex organizations to understand the needs of individuals and maximize team success through support and collaboration.
I also enjoy mentoring young professionals and helping leaders embrace the value of effective communication. Encouraging individuals to navigate their own thought processes to achieve positive results in their careers and personal relationships, is the focus of my coaching practice.
